M/E Hydraulic Lateral Support Device

Introduction

The M/E hydraulic lateral supporting device can change the intrinsic frequency of the engine when resonance occurs during normal operation. The M/E hydraulic lateral supporting device protects the engine, and slows degradation of the hull caused by loading and unloading.

Application

M/E hydraulic lateral supporting devices are used in WARTSILA main engines. Specific models can be selected according to the parameters recommended by the main engine factory.

Features The M/E hydraulic lateral supporting device consists of the fixed rod of main engine, the adjustable bearer, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic accumulator and pressure gauge. The structure of the hydraulic cylinder comes in two forms for users to choose from: Form I is whole, while Form II is separated into the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic accumulator. The two sections are connected by 10 x 1 copper pipes, or seamless steel pipes, which are supplied and connected by the shipyard. Parameters
