Heating Tank for Cylinder Lubricating Oil

Introduction

The heating tank for cylinder lubricating oil is mainly used for providing temperature-constant cylinder lubricating oil. The tank is designed for injecting systems that include MAN, B&W, WinGD, Wartsila, etc. The cylinder tank consists of an oil tank, filter, thermoelectric heater, thermometer, temp-switch, liquid level switch, ball valve, electric control box, etc.

Application

Heating tanks for cylinder lubricating oil are mainly used for providing temp-constant cylinder lubricating oil. Suitable injecting systems mainly include MAN, B&W, WinGD, Wartsila. etc.

Characteristics The filter in the oil inlet end ensures the oil cleanliness in the heating tank. Temp switch ensures 5℃ in the heating tank. Thermoelectric heater can prevent the oil from overheating. When the oil temperature is higher than the rated value, the heater will give display a red light, sound an alarm, and stop heating. When the oil level is lower than the thermoelectric heater, the liquid level switch will automatically stop heating to ensure safety. Parameters
