Features The YHD single acting hydraulic actuator is driven using a hydraulic power transmission system that features a compact structure, steady performance, low energy consumption and low noise levels. The YHD hydraulic actuator uses butterfly springs, which produce a larger driving force when closing in order to reduce the valve closing time. An adjusting screw is added to the spring end of the YHD hydraulic actuator in order to adjust the open valve position. The YHD hydraulic actuator can be submerged for installation, making operation convenient. An emergency valve block can be coordinated with the emergency hand pump to conduct emergency operations on valves when the system fails. YHD hydraulic actuator uses a modular and integrated design, with functions customizable to customer needs. The main body of the YHD hydraulic actuator is designed with sectional structure, and the oil tank seals can be directly changed, making maintenance easy.
Options Manual worm gear: The YHD hydraulic actuator can be operated manually during power failures.
