The bottom and lids of the aluminum cases are made using an one-step molding technology. The combinations of the pannier lid and the case body are equipped with nylon sealing strips, and feature concave or convex designs to ensure an outstanding sealing effect. Each case has a waterproof performance, no matter how heavy the rain or if a motorcycle passes through a puddle.

The surface of the motorcycle top boxes are silver anodic oxidation treated or black powder coated, giving them a sleek appearance that can be designed with a carved surface design. The top boxes are easy to clean, and available in a variety of colors to meet customer requirements.

The system allows items inside the case to "breathe", thus preventing any odors from being created.

The locksets are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure the safety. Once the safety lock hook is fastened, a key is required to re-open it.

Line up the four plastic buttons on the bottom with the four pear shaped holes on the rack, and push the case from the larger holes, to the smaller holes.
