Description
The nonwoven surgical cap making machine is a fully automatic and integrated piece of equipment used for the production of nonwoven fabric surgical caps, with nonwoven fabrics as the raw material. It is applicable to 25~40gsm thick nonwoven fabrics, and 510~530mm wide raw materials. The finished products are primarily used by doctors during surgery to prevent contamination and infection, and can also be applied to sterile environments like scientific research laboratories.

By replacing the mold, different specifications of surgical caps can be produced. The welding patterns can be customized according to customer requirements, and the cap cuts are smooth with no rough edges, making the finished product smooth and comfortable.
