High Speed Planetary Gearbox for Track and Winch Drive

The IGT series track and winch drives can be replaced with GFT-T series track drives and GFT-W series winch drives of Rexroth Company. It comes with the output torque ranging from 17kNm to 330kNm, and the drive ratio controlled within the range of 26-185. This series of track and winch drive is of the standard ratio just like the corresponding Rexroth one. However, we can also provide special drive produced in compliance with customer's specifications.

The track and winch drive is a kind of hydrostatic drive, which is made up of axial piston hydraulic motor, planetary gearbox, wet type multi-disc brake and valve block. It is manufactured by combining our patented technology and design experience in this field. This helps to ensure compact structure, stable operation, wide speed control range, and high working efficiency and other advantages of the drive. With the similar installation dimension and technical performance to the equivalent product offered by well-known drive manufacturers like Rexroth, Brevini, Nebtesco, Nachi and Sauer Danfoss, our track and winch drives can be adopted to take the place of imported ones.

This series of track and winch drive can be used to drive hydraulic winches and hydraulic capstans, and can also be directly installed on a wheel or track of a mobile vehicle. It is suitable for applications that require both load-holding power and rotational torque strength. Hence, it has found wide use in main and auxiliary winches, crawler rotary drill rigs, wheel and crawler cranes, milling or boring machines, road rollers, rail vehicles, aerial platform vehicles, self-propelled drill rigs and marine cranes.
