IMB series Fixed Displacement High Torque Radial Piston Hydraulic Motor

The IMB fixed displacement hydraulic motor comes with the hydrostatical balance between the connecting rod and eccentric wheel, so as to effectively prevent the crank throw of the crankshaft type hydraulic motor from being overwhelmed by the roller. Hence, this hydraulic motor can enjoy high pressure, high power and other advantages because of this design.

The connecting rod and piston of this hydraulic motor undergoes special treatment process and features hydrostatic balance between them, thus ensuring reduced friction loss in the load transmission and, and decreased force between piston and cylinder wall, as well as little wear between the piston and cylinder wall.

The piston seal ring designed with special structure greatly improves the volumetric efficiency and lowers the friction of the hydraulic motor. In addition, the distributor with hydrostatically balanced shaft can rotary without connection, thereby reducing the noise and resistance and prolonging the service life.
