High Speed Planetary Gearbox for Slewing Drive

The IGH series high speed slewing drive mainly consists of gearbox and hydraulic motor. The gearbox can be fitted with a hydraulic motor featuring either constant or variable displacement. In addition, according to customer's requirements, an optional multi-disc parking brake can be installed on the input end of the gearbox.

Our high speed slewing drive is similar to the equivalent products of famous brands like Rexroth, Brevini, Nebtesco, Nachi and KYB in the aspect of installation dimension and technical performance. Therefore, it can be used as the replacements of those products. For example, this series of slewing drive is interchangeable with GFB 17 to GFB 110 series swing drive provided by Rexroth. With the standard drive ratio of GFB series, our swing drive can also be made with special transmission ratio based on the specification provided by the customer.

The slewing drive is the ideal driving component that that can safely hold radial and axial loads and transmit the torque for rotating. It can be used in a multitude of mobile equipment, such as wheeled or crawler excavators, rotary drill rigs, crawler vehicle cranes, marine cranes, and so on. Currently, our high speed slewing drive not only enjoys good reputation among domestic big customers like SANY, XCMG, but also sells well in Netherlands, Germany, Russia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, India, South Korea, and other countries and regions throughout the world.
