Multi-Directional Motion Mixer, HD Series

The multi-directional motion mixer is widely used in the mixing of dry powder materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. It can also mix several kinds of materials with different specific gravity and particle size quickly and evenly, with the mixing uniformity up to 99%.
The powder mixer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with FDA, GMP and CGMP regulations. This three-dimensional motion mixer during running is able to make multi directional operation, such as level movement, rotation, turning, rocking and other complex movements, which generates strong alternating pulse motion, providing excellent mixing effect. In addition, modular design makes it easy to disassemble and clean.

Features Multi directional operations speeds up the flowing and diffusing actions of the materials in the mixing process, greatly avoiding gravity segregation or accumulation phenomenon caused by centrifugal action. This results in outstanding mixing effect with favorable mixing efficiency. The powder mixer adopts integrated inverter and reducer for speed control. The powder mixer features optional touch screen, frequency speed control and individual remote control. The mixing tank is a polished stainless-steel barrel type with no dead corners.
