Waterproof LED Downlight

Application

The waterproof level of the F series waterproof LED downlight is IP65. It is made of high quality die-cast aluminum materials to provide stable working environment for the light source. So it can make sure that the light has long-term reliable working performance. We provide 7W, 9W, 12W, 15W, 22W, 30W and 40W waterproof LED downlight. The smooth dimming function of the light can adjust the light color flexibly to adapt the room, furniture and surroundings. The light is widely used for school lighting, hospital lighting, office lighting, shopping mall lighting, bathroom lighting and so on.

We provide following 6 types of waterproof LED downlight for you to choose from. The lowest power is 7W and the highest power is 40W. Please make choices according to your like and needs!

Selection
A Installation clip: The installation clip has undergone a special treatment to give it an excellent corrosion resistance in order to effectively support the light.
B Connector: An IP67 waterproof rating of the connector raises the level of lighting protection, though the standard choices include IP65, IP44, and IP20 levels of protection based on different usage situations.
C Radiator: The high quality die-cast aluminum material used on the radiator offer the LED light source with a stable operation environment, thus ensuring long term and reliable operation.
D MCPCB: A highly heat conductive aluminum material is used that is highly pressure resistant.
E Light Source: We use the latest SAMSUN or EPISTAR light emitting diode, which ensures light aberrations are as small as possible, with a color-rendering which ensures the accordance of aberration of light. The color-rendering index can even be more than 85.
F Reflective lamp cup: The highly reflective material used for the reflective lamp cup ensures a large output with soft fiber optics.
G Mist surface acrylic or glass cover: These covers ensure the light that is emitted is done so in a uniform, soft and non-glaring manner.
H Lamp shell cover ring: The shell cover ring meets RAL9003 standards. It is sprayed in a layer of white paint to make it pleasing to the eye, though we offer different color options based on customer requirements. Features Installation buckle: The buckle has been did anti-rust treatment to be preservative and sturdy so that it can support the weight of the light effectively. Connector: The IP67 waterproof connector can make the protection level of the light achieve IP65. According to different place of use, there are 3 protection levels to choose from: IP65, IP44 and IP20. Heat sink: The heat sink is made of high quality die-cast aluminum materials. It can provide stable working environment for the light source to make sure that the light has long-term reliable working performance. MCPCB: It is made of aluminum with high thermal conductivity and it has high pressure resistance. Light source: The waterproof LED down light adopts the newest SAMSUN or EPISTAR lamp beads with very high light efficiency to guarantee the consistency of the color difference of light. And its color rendering index is up to 85 or more. Reflector: The reflector is made of materials with high reflectivity which guarantees the maximum output and soft light. Matte acrylic or glass housing: They can make the emitted light uniform, soft and not glaring. Downlight trim: It is painted with powder white according to the international standard RAL9003 and is very beautiful. Trims with different colors can be customized. Power supply: The light adopts Japan LIFUD power supply or Taiwan MEANWELL waterproof power supply which has a power factor that up to 0.95 or more. Before packing, we give every light an aging test by keeping the light illuminating for 48 to 72 hours.
