The alternating current is rectified through a rectifier and then charged to the capacitor. The stored energy is converted into a low voltage, capacity-concentrated current through a transformer. The capacitor discharge spot welder uses the current to fuse the metal using the resistance generated at the interface of the welding workpiece. It can be used in some places without enough power supply.
Thanks to the large welding current and short welding time, the capacitor discharge spot welder is typically used for the welding of toys, stainless steel pots and kitchen ware.
Below you will see our selection of capacitor discharge spot welders. If you are interested in one of our welding machines, please click for more information.
The upper and lower arms are an integral C type structure, with high rigidity, stable welding quality and low exhaust noise.
Equipped with pressure adjusting device and pressure gauge, easy to observe and operate.
The tool box is designed in the remaining space of the electric box for easy storage of tools.
The electrode is made of high quality conductive material, greatly reducing the impedance of the circuit and realizing high efficiency and energy saving welding.
The resistance welding transformer is produced by casting with epoxy resin as a whole, resulting in performance that is shockproof, low electrical resistive and low loss.
The current is controlled by computer for easy-operation and stable current. The current can be set for different process of preheating, welding and tempering and different thickness materials.
