Metallic heat transfer film is mainly suitable for the packaging of cigarette packet, gift wrap, pharmaceutical package, wine box, etc.

Description
Transfer film, also known as heat transfer film, features a high tensile strength, excellent thermal stability, a low thermal shrinkage rate, excellent smoothness and outstanding peeling performance. It is also reusable. The type of film is mainly used as carrier of vacuum aluminum-plating technology. The PET film is placed into the vacuum aluminizing machine, then carries out an aluminum plating process. When the coating and paper are laminated together, the PET film is then peeled off. The aluminum molecular layer will then transfer to the paper surface via adhesive action, and form a vacuum aluminum plating paper.
