Features of F1 brass compression fittings
1. Designed for multi-layer pipe
2. High pressure resistance and corrosion resistance
3. Prevent liquid or gas leakage
4. Use EPDM O-ring. (Double O-ring is possible)
5. Can be easily installed and removed with a wrench
6. Materials can be recycled

Step1: Pipe cutting
Choose the appropriate size according to the pipe, put the nut on the pipe, set the compression ring on the pipe, make sure that the nut and pipe mouth in the same direction.

Step2: Rounding and beveling
Round and bevel the end holes with Fengye plastic reamer

Step3: Sleeving
1. Choose the right size fitting according to the pipe ,put the nut over the pipe, side the compression ring over the pipe, make sure the mouth of the nut and the pipe faces the same direction.
2. Push the inserts into the pipe up to the shoulder, take care not to damage the O-ring.
Step4: Pressing
Follow the clamp tools instruction, position the damp jaws so that their ends aligned with the end of the press sleeve. Shut the press clamp and pressing procedures. It can only clamp once.
