Investment casting made of alloy steel can benefit more properties than carbon steel castings, that includes strength, hardness, toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.

At Hongyan Hang we can conduct heat treatment process to improve the mechanical properties of alloy steel castings, such as enhanced fatigue life, wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties which investment casting can not handle to meet the requirements.

Tighter tolerance and smoother finishes that investment casting process can not achieve can be obtained by our secondary machining by means of our CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, drill/tap center, and other high-precision machine tools.
