The use of 8MF steel materials, and cold bending and forming process to weld the cabinet frame make it possible to meet the assembly requirement of electronic components for strength and bearing capacity.
Mounting holes with spacing E=20mm and E=100mm array on the frame so as to improve the assembly versatility of the products.
Main bus arrays on upper part of the power distribution cabinet. The ZMJ-type bus bar clamp adopts fire retardant PP0 materials. It can bear the current with effective value 50KA and peak value 105KA. Long-term allowable temperature can be up to 120℃.
Cabinet protection grade is IP3X.
