Description
HY-450 silicone rubber is made of silicon dioxide in the vapor phase process and top-quality vinyl silicone rubber through milling in a high-temperature banbury mixer.

Applications
High tear-strength full-transparent silicone rubber and gross rubber is completely made of silicon dioxide powder in the vapor phase. The product is mainly used for making food grade molds and medical and health silicone rubber parts. The product is suitable for the mold pressing technique.

Package specifications
25KG per carton lined with plastic film, the pastelike vulcanizing agent with mixing proportion of 2.5%. , mix the silicone rubber and the vulcanizing agent in a banbury mixer evenly before use, and then mold pressing the products.

Transportation conditions
The silicone rubber has excellent resistance to high temperature and low temperature. The product made of the silicone rubber can be used for a long period under the condition of temperature of -60℃ ~ 250℃. The product can be transported as non-hazardous goods. It's not harmful to human body in case of direct contact. Note: To protect the silicone product from sun and rain for better quality.
