11' x 11' Metal Pergola

Metal pergola is designed with sturdy, rustproof and recyclable galvanized steel frame, colored black via powder coating. The sunproof canopy is made of UV-proof and anti-aging textilene, ensuring fresh air while blocking glaring sunlight. Canopy textilene is extended to two sides of the pergola, while the extended size of the sides can be adjusted by changing textilene’s position to make a proper covering area, thus to fit the sunlight angle.

Triangular support bracket

Triangular support brackets are equipped between posts and beams, so that enhanced strength and stability of the pergola frame is granted.

Purlins and rafter tails

Rafter tails are designed with arc-shape, which is utility and elegant; connections of the purlin parts are covered with protective shields to prevent rainwater from getting inside the purlin, thus to resist corrosion and obtain better durability.

Post

Post is designed with two pedestals, thus granted extra steadiness; pedestals are welded to post by robotic welding, advanced manufacturing processes ensure sturdiness and elegance.

Canopy

Sleeves are set at both sides of the canopy, sealed by magic tape, making it convenient to install weight rods, while the installation is firm and stable.
