Two load-bearing galvanized steel tubes are set between crossbeam and rooftop, so that the roof gains extra bearing capacity. The roof’s snow bearing capacity is up to 20.5 lb/ft2, the gazebo therefore could work well in deep winter.

Reinforced connector

Connectors between load bearing steel tubes and crossbeams are made of galvanized steel, formed by stamping in a one-piece structure, an extra connection stability is therefore granted, and the roof-bearing tube can be fixed on the crossbeam well.

Triangular support bracket

Arc-shaped one-piece brackets are welded between posts and crossbeams, which enhances the gazebo’s stability and grants it an elegant look.

The brackets are designed with grooves to fit and connect to post and crossbeams well, and are further installed with high-strength screws to prevent the connection from sagging.

Galvanized steel plate rooftop

Top structure is made of 0.6mm-thick powder-coated galvanized steel, granting good mechanical strength, rustproof performance, and sunproof performance. The roof steel plate is rib-reinforced, therefore gains extra bearing capacity.
