Working principle of the vibrating screen
For this kind of vibrating screen, the tire coupling powered by motor will drive the vibrator to work, and the eccentric block will rotate under a high speed to generate a powerful centrifugal force thus forcing the screen box to perform a continuous circular movement. Under this condition, the materials are able to do parabolic motion above the inclined screening surface. In this way, the screening and classifying process will be realized during the periodic activity.
