Description of these gravure printing presses 1. Power: The servo motor is used for controlling the rotary speeds to offer the same movement speed with printing speed and tension control system. 2. Shaftless plate mounting device: It involves an air cylinder which pulls the core axis to install printing plates. Transverse adjustment is realized through the movement of screw. The device helps reduce the time of replacing the printing plates, ensuring the concentricity of plates and thereby improve the quality of product. 3. Doctor blade: It can be adjusted up and down. Its angle is also adjustable for great flexibility. The pressure of the doctor blade is controlled by dual air cylinder. The motor drives cam to rotate to achieve the transverse movement of the blade. The use of a doctor blade can greatly prolong the service life of printing plates. 4. Impression lifting device: dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and adopts solenoid valve locking, which provides protection against air leakage of the cylinder or falling of the cylinder due to shutdown. The device helps ensure the equality of pressure and chromatic aberration 5. Drying and cooling device: The drying device adopts a fully closed oven and an intelligent temperature controller. Returning rollers of cooling device adopts water cooling to assure the cooling of film. 6. Pre-registration and color registration system: It can do longitudinal registration before printing. Then it adopts a computer-controlled synchronous motor to drive ball screw for adjustment through reducing the speed, so as to register color automatically. The use of this system results in high accuracy of color registration.
