Vial Capping Machine

The FGL vial capping machine is mainly used for sealing of 2 to 20 ml antibiotic vials in the pharmaceutical industry. Adopting three knife rotary structure, the machine can automatically complete the whole production processes, from cap collating, cap loading, cap rolling to vial discharging. In addition to being used separately, the vial capping equipment can be used together with vertical ultrasonic vial cleaner, vial sterilizing dryer and vial filling and stoppering machine, forming a complete production line.

Performance Characteristics
The vial capping machine occupies a small floor area and provides high degree of automation, easy adjustment, and high capping qualification rate. With no welding lines and dead corners, all table top panels are easy to clean. The machine adopts star wheel bottle feeding method, which ensures fast feeding speed and low bottle breakage.
The capping equipment uses PLC touch screen control system to control and monitor operating conditions. The system has the function of displaying production speed, fault causes, simple solutions, etc.
