Glass Bottle Stoppering Machine

The glass bottle stoppering machine is designed to perform T shape rubber stopper adding and stoppering operations for glass IV solution bottles. It is mainly used for 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml bottles. To make the machine flexibly adapt to bottles in different sizes, we use bottle inlet screw that adopts mobile structure and can be easily replaced with screw of different specification by only removing and installing two M8 × 25 bolts.

Our glass bottle stoppering machines are available in three models, including FS10, FS20 and FSA24. With capacities ranging from 100 to 500 bottles/min, they can meet customers' various requirements.

Performance Characteristics

The glass bottle stoppering machine is equipped with bottleneck positioning units for good centering.
The use of large capacity electromagnetic hopper helps reduce the labor intensity.
The machine utilizes microcomputer frequency modulator for frequency and speed regulation. Within the rated capacity range, the production capacity can be regulated by stepless speed control.
The stoppering equipment adopts vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning. After being accurately positioned, then the stoppers are pressed down into the bottle mouth, ensuring high qualification rate.
