Nitrogen Filling and Stoppering Machine

The NFS nitrogen filling and stoppering machine is designed for 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml glass IV solution bottles, which can complete nitrogen filling, automatic stopper adding and stoppering operations. The machine allows convenient change of infusion bottles in different sizes. This is because the bottle inlet screw with mobile structure can be easily replaced with screw of different specification by only removing and installing two M8 × 25 bolts.

Performance Characteristics

The nitrogen filling and stoppering machine comes with a large capacity electromagnetic hopper, which ensures larger feeding quantity per time, thus contributing to reduced labor intensity.
It uses microcomputer frequency modulator to do the frequency and speed adjustments. Within the rated capacity range, the production capacity can be regulated by stepless speed control.
The bottleneck positioning units are adopted for good centering. Continuous bottle entering and smooth operation lead to high productivity.
With nitrogen filling station, our machine can meet the requirement for nitrogen filled products. The stoppering operation is carried out immediately after nitrogen filling.
The filling and stoppering equipment adopts vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning. After rubber stoppers are in the accurate place, they are pressed down into the bottle mouth, ensuring high qualification rate.
