The machine body is welded using rectangular pipe with wall thickness of 6mm and total weight of 3,000kg, ensuring high strength and a 20 year service life without distortion.

The crossbeam is made from aviation aluminum alloy that provides the laser cutting machine with good dynamic performance, significantly improving working efficiency while guaranteeing processing quality.

Auto Focus Laser Cutting Head

The laser cutting head allows for automatically adjusting focus lens to an appropriate position by software. The internal structure of RayTools laser head is completely sealed to prevent optical parts from dust pollution.

Raycus Laser Source

This laser source directly controls all types of fiber laser functions, realizing synchronous control of laser source. The control cabinet is individually placed.

Chiller

The chiller features dual cooling functions, specifically for cooling laser source and laser head.

IPAD Screen Design

Tempered glass panel design provides high definition effect and smooth operation.

Newly Developed Laser Head Protective Cover

The laser head is guarded by protective cover which allows for clear observing of red light, good heat dissipation and minimal dust, efficiently avoiding cause the gas path inside the cutting head to burn.
