DESPU-DQ90 paper cup blank punching machine adopts automatic mold punching technique. It combines paper roll slitting, mold cutting and water discharging together. No traditional slitting process, efficiently improving the material utilization and high yield. Waste discharging process is also removed, which allows direct paper sheet punching, smooth cutting edge, low energy consumption, low space and labor cost and low labor intensity of workers. Therefore, it has become the perfect paper cup blank punching machine.

Production Efficiency Output in every shift (8 hours) achieves 58,000 cups, and monthly output ( in 3 shifts) arrives 4.05 million cups. Qualified rate is higher than 99% in normal production. Machines can be processed simultaneously by single operator. Quality Control 3-year warranty for driving part, and 1-year warranty for electronical parts and wearing parts.
