Paper Cutting Machine Knives

The paper making and converting industries call for a variety of cutting blades, including the likes of disc blade, straight blade, single-bevel circular blade, upper slitter blade, lower slitter blade, upper or lower circular blade of slitter rewinder, and circular blade with multiple cutting edges.

Many types of cutting blade often come in pairs for use. Based on your application requirements, HENGLIDA can design a proper bevel angle to fit your specific cutting needs. Most of our cutter blades are polished to ensure a smoother cutting experience and improved cutting efficiency. The resultant paper typically has clean, straight edges. Upon request, we can construct the bottom blade of your slitter rewinder with quality steel inlaid with hardened alloy to improve its wear resistance and reduce the number of times needed for tool replacement, repair or grinding. HENGLIDA single-bevel circular blade is commonly used to cut tissue paper and available in a maximum outer diameter of 700mm. Each blade is precision ground to minimize blade run-out and ensure the cut quality.
