Ceramic Diamond Blade

Our ceramic diamond blade is a mature diamond saw blade for cutting all kinds of hard ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles. This range of tile cutting tools is our great achievement of over 2 decades of production practice in diamond blade industry. At present, we have three ranges of ceramic cutting blade and porcelain cutting blade for customers to choose from, namely SCA-C, STG and STK.

To get a perfect diamond blade for ceramic and porcelain tile cutting, we make the blade center and segments quite thin to ensure faster cutting, more smooth cutting face, and higher cutting efficiency.

Due to hot-pressed sintering process, the diamond segments are strongly connected on the steel core, thus keeping use more safe. The production technique also makes sure the steel core of the diamond blade comes with excellent flatness. Hence, even if the temperature reaches a very high level when the ceramic tile blade or porcelain tile blade is used for high speed cutting, the steel core is not easy to be deformed.
