8-Axis High Speed Spring Coiler

8-Axis high speed spring coiler adopts eight Japanese servo motors and Taiwan CNC control system to enable the axes to operate independently or synchronously. It is mainly used to produce compression springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.8 to 3.0mm or 0.15 to 1.0mm. The maximum wire feeding speed is up to 300m/min. This spring coiler features high precision, low noise, reduced adjusting time and saved wire cost.
