The light fastness testing machine is used to determine the colorfastness of various materials (textile, paint, dyestuff, rubber, plastic, paper, wood floor, etc.) to light, weather and perspiration, and it can simulate different weather conditions by adjusting irradiance, temperature, humidity and other parameters.

Feature of the Light Fastness Testing Machine
1. Our light fastness tester uses a 2500W air-cooled xenon long-arc lamp to offer a spectral output that is exceptionally similar to that of true sunlight, and its filter combination consists of optical filters and filter cartridges (with high transmittance of 95%) so as to consume less electricity without compromising irradiance.
2. The irradiance is digitally set, real-time monitored and closed-loop controlled. As a result, stable irradiance distribution is realized, thereby perfectly satisfying various test standards. In addition, bandwidth is available in 340nm, 420nm, 300-400nm and 300-800nm.
3. For this air-cooled light fastness testing machine, testing and wireless transmission are powered by the energy generated on the basis of light conversion technology. So, extra power supply is not required.
4. Due to the industrial cooling system and intelligent multi-stage ultrasonic humidification system, our light fastness testing machine is enabled to rapidly regulate the chamber temperature and humidity, providing a stable test environment.
5. The black panel thermometer (BPT) and black standard thermometer (BST) control temperature at specimen level to reveal actual testing status, and all the test data are synchronously transmitted with the help of radio frequency transmission technology.
6. As a cost-effective xenon light fastness testing machine, our product allows separate timing for all the sample holders, and power failure protection helps operators out when sudden power outage occurs.
7. Thanks to the 10.4" color touch screen, the potential of misoperation is reduced significantly, and critical status information is displayed in the form of animation, digits or plots to make operation easy and clear.
