Color Fastness Testing Machine (Washing Fastness Tester)

The color fastness testing machine is used to evaluate the color fastness of textiles to both accelerated washing and dry cleaning, and thus it is also called washing fastness tester. The colorfastness tester is manufactured strictly according to ISO, BS, AATCC, JIS and SDC standards.

Feature of the Color Fastness Testing Machine
1. This digital color fastness testing machine is completely made from high-quality stainless steel, and it is equipped with programmable timer, digital temperature controller, drain valves and lever lock canisters.
2. All the canisters are preheated to desired test temperature in appropriate solutions, while the stainless steel rotor holds the same number of canisters on each of four sides and rotates at a constant speed of 40±2rpm. Moreover, stainless steel balls are utilized to provide agitation during rotation, and these canisters are sealed with either standard neoprene rubber gaskets or optional Teflon gaskets.
3. Thanks to the implementation of an advanced touch screen, our color fastness testing machine offers simple yet sensitive operation, whilst optimized PID algorithm is adopted to realize rapid heating.
4. The rotawash color fastness tester takes advantage of superior glass wool to provide better performance in insulation, energy conservation and environmental protection, and the rotating structure makes use of low noise reducer and synchronous belt so as to make our product work stably and quietly.
5. This color fastness testing machine is able to display test data in the form of curve in order to clearly reveal temperature change, and there are 5 standard fixed parameters. In addition, up to 3 groups of experimental parameters can be set by operators.
6. A door detection device is employed, and it could automatically stop the color fastness testing machine when the door is opened. In this way, operators won’t get scalded by hot water.
7. This stainless steel fastness tester can be installed separately or as per ISO and US standards.
