BZJ-B Series Semi-Automatic Flute Laminating Machine

Our BZJ-B series semi-automatic flute laminating machine is applicable to sheet-to-sheet laminating, including cardboard to cardboard and linerboard to corrugated board with all kinds of flutes. The difference between this series semi automatic flute laminator and the BZJ-A series is that the bottom sheet is fed by automatic suction feeding system while the top linerboard is fed manually. In addition, it is also an ideal unit in the high end packaging boxes production line.

Main Features of BZJ-B Semi-Automatic Flute Laminating Machine
1. The corrugated machine come with an automatic suction feeding system for bottom corrugated board and a manual feeding system for top linerboard, ensuring convenience and accuracy. The bottom and top sheet employs photoelectric control and are positioned by special front guide which guarantee accurate positioning. The bottom sheet never goes ahead.
2. This series semi-automatic flute laminating machine adopts suspension lamination style, enabling cardboard to be evenly pressed and stably transported, thus producing flat and beautiful boards. The stress belt can move forward and backward, hence suitable for various cardboards.
