HT2500UV HP8 Hybrid UV Printer

Overview
The HP8 hybrid UV printer is specially made for small and medium enterprises. It is configured with 4-8 Spectra high-performance piezoelectric print heads (PQ512-15/35), and enables high-precision and high-speed printing in 6 colors and with 600×1200 dpi. Under high printing speed of 28m2/h (6 pass), this UV printer presents high-definition image.

Equipped with belt conveying control system for medium moving, our hybrid UV printer is applicable for wallpaper, flex banner and other flexible and rigid materials. Specially built for production mode of 24h×7 days, this print press only needs one operator for entire work flow. Besides, materials of 50mm thick are firmly attached to working platform thanks to powerful vacuum absorption mechanism.

b. Stable medium movement is realized since conveying belt is driven by precision harmonic-wave reduction gear.
c. Fixed linear raster is adopted for print head trolley positioning, which largely ensures high-precision positioning of hybrid printing.
d. Our hybrid UV printer also makes use of unique medium stop lever to facilitate easy material loading and accurate positioning.
