Oil-filled MC Nylon Sheet and Rod
Oil-filled MC nylon sheet and MC nylon rod are virtually self-lubricated. We utilize special lubrication to manufacture this kind of plastic product. As a result,this kind of wear material is endowed with outstanding lubricating property and low moisture absorption rate.
This oil-filled MC nylon is specially engineered for manufacture of parts that cannot be lubricated and work in conditions of high loading and low operation speed. This self-lubricating cast nylon has been widely used, for it is characterized remarkable coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance.
Compared to normal nylon products, the coefficient of friction of our oil-filled MC nylon sheet and rod is decreased by 50% and abrasion resistance is increased by 10 times. In addition,this range of product is offered in color green.
