Diamond Grinding Plate

With similar structure design as our other diamond grinding tools, this diamond grinding plate consists of a plate base body and several grinding heads. The grinding head for the diamond tool is made from ultra hard diamond particles and metal powder that are bonded together by means of cold pressing to hot-pressed sintering. The plate base, made from a kind of special material, features extra flexibility, which ensures long service life of the diamond grinding plate.

The same as diamond polishing pads, the diamond grinding plate is designed for large area surface preparation. Our range of diamond grinding disc is mainly used with grinding machines for concrete floor grinding, as well as removal of adhesive residue, paint, and padding, etc.
