Forming Process
1. The double PE coated paper cup forming machine automatically process the printed paper fan (unfolded shape of paper cup) into paper cup.
2. After that, cup wall is heated and sealed via ultrasonic wave technology, which is more sanitary and eco-friendly.
3. Roll paper is utilized for making cup bottom. Then, automatic paper feeding and blanking will be implemented by this PE coated paper cup forming machine.
4. Heat blower is applied during cup tube and bottom sealing.
5. Cup bottom will be knurled.
6. Finally, cup edge folding is performed, and a perfect paper cup is formed.
