PE Coated Paper Cup Bottom

We are capable of providing high-quality printed paper cup fan and PE coated paper cup bottom. The gram weight of PE-coated paper cup bottom ranges from 190gsm to 240gsm, which is in certain proportion to the used printed paper cup fan. The bottom width is usually from 50mm to 90mm, determined by the size of paper cup.

In addition, our paper cup bottom is provided in two types. One is single-side coated type and the other is double-side coated type. The former is perfect for hot drink, and the latter is suitable for cool drink. You can visit our factory at any time for investigation.

Features
1. Our PE coated paper cup bottom is a perfect combination of base paper and PE coating. The base paper made of 100% pure wood pulp is provided with gram weight of 160gsm to 350gsm.
2. Usually, this paper cup bottom with PE coating is provided in size of 53mm, 57mm or 65mm.
3. Our PE coated paper cup bottom reaches A Grade in quality and also passes certification of SGS and relative sanitary departments.
4. We adopt kraft paper and woven bag for packaging, which totally conforms to export standard.
