PE Coated Paper Sheet

This is our PE coated paper sheet made from base paper via PE coating and transverse cutting machine. If you have offset printing machine, you can purchase our PE coated paper in sheet for direct printing and creasing. Then printed paper cup fan will be obtained, which can be used for paper cup making by specialized equipment.

If you do not have the offset printing machine, we suggest you to purchase our printed paper cup fan which is provided in required size and with required pattern. The printing ink we utilize meets up with food grade standard, and has passed the certification of SGS. We always welcome your visit sincerely.

Features
1. Our PE coated paper sheet comes with high brightness, cleanness and good dimensional stability, but with no fluorescent agent. It is adaptive to multi-color overprint with vivid color reproduction.
2. This PE-coated paper sheet is also featured by smooth surface, high stiffness, excellent gluing effect and neat trimming. Besides, there is no burr or powder coming off. Hence, it totally meets the requirements of modern high-speed rotary printing press.
3. This product is available with single-side or double-side PE coating, applicable for making paper cups, ice cream cups or cool drink cups. The single-side type is ideal for hot drink as coffee and tea, and the double-side is perfect for cold drink as ice cream and fruit juice.
4. The base paper adopted for manufacturing our PE coated paper sheet is made of 100% pure wood pulp and varies from 160gsm to 350gsm in gram weight.
5. Product size can be customized. Generally, the PE-coated paper in sheet comes in 450×550mm, 460×660mm or other specifications.
6. Our product reaches A Grade in quality, and it has obtained relative sanitary certificate and other industry certificates.
7. Kraft paper and woven bag are used for export packaging.
