Compared with common single knit machines, the auto-striper machine owns striper knitting machine parts and microcomputer control system. It supports diverse arrangement of cams and striper system to manufacture high-quality single striped fabrics with different thickness, including damask, high-elastic polyester silk, fabrics for swimwear, etc. Our fabric rolling system is designed to evenly pull cloth and reduces the occurrence rate of undesirable phenomenon like folds. The product can process several materials, such as cotton yarn, chemical fiber, blended yarn of various specifications, high-elastic polyester silk and so on.

Product Functions and Advantages
1. The LCD touch screen for human-machine interface realizes complete touch input and contains a memory for storing pattern information and system settings. Its independent battery device and circuits enables it to automatically save information for 2500 hours if the electricity is turned off. The internal data is allowed to be shared with an external PC, which effectively improve work efficiency and expandability.
2. The auto-striper machine possesses a WAC microelectronic control structure of needle selection, a microcomputer control system and a precise manipulator for automatically replacing threads in different colors, so as to knit striper patterns with 3, 4 or 6 colors.
3. Due to the dust exhausting fans in the middle and at the top as well as bottom of the machine, the accumulated cotton fiber can be successfully cleared away, the useful life of needles and sinkers is prolonged, and running efficiency is boosted.
