Description
The flake ice made by this large machine is dry, less prone to sticking together. With the temperature of approximately -5℃, it is ideal for the use of rapid cooling. In many industries, it is an ideal substitute for other types of ice.
On average, our large flake ice machine has the daily output of 12T to 60T. It is widely used in the industries, including aquatic product, food processing, chemical plant, concrete cooling, or other cooling system. This machine applies the standard power of 380V/3P/50Hz. Configuration of Large Flake Ice Machine 1. Cooling System
One economizer, One or several sets of Bitzer or Hanbell semi-hermetic screw compressor.

The core part of the cooling system is compressor. If you let the compressor work in the optimum state while improving its COP value, the whole flake ice machine has a larger output with less electricity consumption. We have optimized this large cooling system in structure, configuration, system pipeline, cooling system, etc. Each part will surely give its full play, so that the system is highly efficient and energy-saving.
2. Cooling Method
Water cooling and evaporative cooling. For different application conditions, either air cooling or evaporative cooling is optional.

Note: The poor heat dissipation of the cooling system makes the compressor work in the overheated conditions for a long term. Under such case, the flake ice output of the machine will be decreased, and the machine service life will be shortened as well.

The combined type flake ice bin is convenient in transportation and installation. Its size depends on the client's actual application requirements. The raw materials include hot galvanized plate or stainless steel and polyurethane foam. We can choose the materials according to the client's requirements.
6. Transportation and Insurance
We can help you deal with the matters including commodity inspection, customs declaration, transportation insurance, and the like.
7. Installation and Training
Our equipment is convenient in installation. Generally, it is installed onto a stainless frame. This ready-to-use machine just needs you provide the water and power supply. Likewise, we send our technical personnel to provide the on-site installation guidance, training, and other services.
