Introduction
The plate ice machine is a kind of direct cooling type ice machine which can rapidly produce one ton to 100 tons of ice in a day. Plate ice made by this machine has the boundary dimension range of 40×40mm to 80×80mm, and its thickness is from 10mm to 15mm. Also, its size can be adjusted according to the client's requirement.

As an environmental, energy-saving, and fast ice making equipment, our place ice machine only consumes approximately 60kw power to make one ton ice. It is widely used in aquatic products processing，food preservation & transportation，deep-sea fishing，artificial snow-making ,chemical cooling etc.

Features 1. Adjustable Plate Ice Size
Plate ice manufactured by this machine is irregular, clean, and transparent. Its size can be freely adjusted in accordance with per client's actual application.

2. Safe and Sanitary
Because the evaporator is manufactured from the food grade 304 stainless steel, it makes clean, sanitary, and harmless ice. It accords with the standard of HACCP and FDA.

3. Automatic Ice Making
SHARE plate ice machine uses hot Freon to realize the speedy automatic ice harvesting. It only takes 90 seconds to complete the whole harvesting process, and no manual operation is required. After harvesting, the low temperature water will be used for ice making, which can save energy and increase the output.

4. Automatic Control
The PLC programmable automatic control is employed. With the control system, you can set the time to adjust the plate ice thickness. Additionally, our plate ice maker can be equipped with an adjustable ice crusher to adjust the plate ice size.

5. Modular Design
The modular design allows for the convenient on-site installation and maintenance. Welded from steel and treated with galvanized treatment, the plate ice machine comes with excellent corrosion resistance and high stability. It suits all kinds of harsh use conditions. The maintenance cost is low.

6. Wide Application Range
The evaporator could be the one made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. By applying the direct expansion system, it is suited to R-22, R507A, R404A, or R717 refrigerant.

	Compressor The Bitzer, Hanbell, or other domestic and overseas well-known brand compressor is applied.		Electrically Controlled Component Siemens, Schneider, LS, or other famous brand components are utilized.
	Cooling Parts The brands include Danfoss, Emerson, etc.		Condenser Air cooling, water cooling, evaporative cooling. Evaporative cooling is recommended for R717 or large plate ice machine.
