3000mm Three-layer/Five-layer Co-extrusion PE Cast Stretch Film Line

The three-layer and five-layer co-extrusion PE cast stretch film line is developed to produce the three-layer or five-layer stretch film that is self-adhesive and has single sticky surface or double sticky surfaces. Generally, the LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) is used as the main raw material and other grades of resins are also needed as the auxiliary materials. Besides, the extruder is an indispensible part for the extrusion processing technology.

Features of Our Production Line
Provided with the touch screen, PLC control system, robot device as well as automatic die and thickness scanner, it mainly features high production speed, low power consumption and high productivity. In addition, automatic paper tube charging, film roll changing and discharging are also available.
