Stepless Speed Variator

The MB series stepless speed variator makes for high precision speed regulation. It delivers precise speed repeatability of 0.5-1 round rotation, which means the output speed can return to the previous speed with a 0.5 to 1 round rotation accuracy. Its simplified, aesthetically appealing structure is also reasonable, allowing for dual-direction, non-stop rotation as well as energy-efficient, quiet operation. You may find an example of the said structural design in a four-pole motor which is able to offer a wide range of output speed ranging between 200r/min and 1000r/min.

The housing of our MBQ series light type speed variator adopts the high-strength aluminum alloy construction. The motor, which is attached to the gearbox, is also covered with an aluminum casing. It is lightweight and attractive, suitable for applications where the equipment exterior or appearance is an important factor to consider. This series of gear motor can be used in combination with other gear reducer types.
