Helical Bevel Gearmotor

The MTJ series helical bevel gearmotor has two pairs of helical gears and one pair of spiral bevel gears which enable the drive input direction to be at a right angle(90°) to the output drive direction. The spiral bevel gear is employed to transfer force due to its great contact ratio characteristics and large load capacity, which ensure smooth transmission.

For maximum hardness and high endurance, the gear is made of alloy steel from carburizing and quenching. The structural diversity allows our MTJ series bevel gear motor to be used in ideal combination with the MTD series and MTB series for putting out low rotational speed and large torque. The product is commonly used in the automated storage and retrieval system, bridge crane, portal crane running gear and transfer gear, cement mixer, and lifter.

Environmental Conditions
1. Environment Temperature: -40℃-50℃ (If you start the motor at temperatures below 0℃, remember to heat the lubricating oil to above 0℃)
2. Operational Altitude: no more than 1000m
3. Relative Humidity: more than 85%.
4. Input Rotational Speed: no more than 1800r/min
5. Rotational Directions: both forward and reverse rotational directions
