Helical Gearmotor

The MTD series helical gearmotor adopts the modular design in which the gear train and the motor are created separately before they are integrated into an easily mountable system. Its gear train provides a wide array of precise, appropriate gear ratios ranging from 0.85 to 10874. The gear teeth are ground by the gear grinding machine, which transmit rotational motion stably and quietly. When used in cooperation with the MTP, MTJ, MTN, and MB series, the MTD series motor can obtain improved torque at a low rotational speed. The product finds widespread use in steel industries primarily for cold rolling, MPM roller, weighing and feeding, aluminum plate rolling and bending, and continuous casting.

Performance Features
1. The helical gearmotor can be easily mounted on various types of electrical motors or other power input devices. Motors of the same model are applicable for different electrical motors with various powers. Motors of different models can be used in combinations with one another.
2. This series of product exhibits high power transmission efficiency of up to 96%.
3. The combined equipment sets which consist of the gear motor and electrical motor can achieve a high gear ratio and reduced number of rotations.
4. The gear motor is mounted in different ways. It is either installed horizontally or with the aid of flanges.

Environmental Conditions
1. Environment temperatures: -40℃-50℃. The lubricating oil needs to be heated to above 0℃ when you start the engine below 0℃.
2. The working site should be no more than 1000 meters above sea level.
3. The relative humidity must be kept below 85%. The rotary speed of input shaft should be no more than 1800r/min.
4. Both forward and reverse rotational motions are permitted.
