TPU (PEVA/PE) Film and Coating Lamination Line

The TPU (PEVA or PE) film and coating lamination line is designed to produce TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) films by using the TPU granules and the extrusion technology conducted by the extruder. Or it can produce TPU laminated films via directly coating the film with the base materials.

1. Owing to the adoption of high-efficiency plastic screw and the advanced production technologies, the fish eyes on the film can be effectively eliminated.

2. The complete machine is controlled by the touch screen and the PLC system. The special anti-sticking treatment and particularly-designed winding device make the operation and production more convenient and safe.

1. The TPU film and the TPU lamination film produced by our TPU (PEVA or PE) film and coating lamination line are new-type eco-friendly plastic products. Relying on remarkable properties and environment-friendly characteristic (buried in the soil, they will be automatically degraded within 3 to 5 years under the influence of temperature and microbial action), these films are increasingly applied to various industries as well as commodities with extensive market prospect and tremendous application potential.

2. Thanks to the TPU (PEVA or PE) film and coating lamination line, the films come with excellent imperforate hydrophillic nature. Without pores, they also possess excellent water-proof, windproof as well as warm-keeping functions.

3. The films also come with moisture penetrability for they have hydrophillic nature. Due to the difference of the inside and outside vapor pressure, the vapor will transfer to the part where the pressure is low from the part with high pressure, thus realizing moisture penetrable function.
