Polymer Valve

The polymer valve can be used for flow and pressure control of melt. It is widely used to change the flow direction of process media and separate or mix polymer media. It can be used alone or together with the discharge valve and drain valve. This product has been widely applied in China's chemical fiber field.

Features
1. With no dead zone, this product can be used for melt media.
2. It has control and cut-off functions.
3. Pneumatic diaphragm actuator or cylinder actuator is adopted for low-pressure media, while electric actuator or hydraulic actuator is used for high-pressure media.
4. The standard straight tube angle is 45º, 60º or 90º. Other angles can also be provided.

Normal pressure: 150Lb~2500Lb
Design standard: ANSI B16.34, ANSI B16.25
