JET Self-Priming Jet Pump

JET self-priming jet pump is mainly composed of three parts, motor, water pump and sealing parts. The motor is single phase asynchronous type with built-in thermal protection device, and the water pump has a combined structure of centrifugal impeller, radial diffuser as well as ejector. Fluidics is applied to ensure the high head, and single mechanical seal using ceramic/graphite/nitrile butadiene rubber works as the motive seal while oil resistant rubber ring is the static seal for rabbet. The most outstanding features of this machine are good self-priming property and high water discharge pressure, and the self-priming time is quite short.

On the other hand, after the bottom valve is installed, the pump cavity should be filled with water for the initial use, and this procedure is not required any more for the later application. In addition, the transferred medium is clean water without abrasive particles, and our product should be installed in enclosed place, or at least be protected against harsh weather. Based on these properties, our product is mainly used for pumping water from well, and it is also suitable for water delivering system, pressurizing system, household water supply system, water distribution with small and medium pressure sets, sprinkling irrigation for garden and farmland, etc.
