This series of rotary pillow pack packaging machine is well-suited for use in bagging regularly-shaped products, such as biscuits, rice crispy, rice cracker, egg yolk pie, chocolate, bread, instant noodle, moon-cake, medicine, daily necessities, industrial component, carton, and pallet.

Upon customer request, we can modify the packaging machine to accommodate irregularly-shaped products. This machine is distinguished by its fast speed and attractive packaging. If you like it, we can pair the packer with one of our inline printers to facilitate the printing of manufacture date, shelf life, and expire date onto the package. The bag also can be filled with nitrogen to force out the oxygen and prevent the growth of bacteria that might spoil the product. 4. High-precision photoelectric color-mark sensor tracks the bag as it advances into the sealing process. Digitizing sealing and cutting position allows the seal and cut to be made more precisely.
5. Independent PID controller controls and monitors the temperature during the sealing and subsequent cutting process so that the melted film will not stick to the cutter and the use of packaging film if minimized.
6. All the control functions are realized through software, which facilitates the adjustment and update of machine functions.
