3-Side Sealing Granule Packing Machine

The DCK-200 series granule packing machine is most commonly used to form, fill and seal the food packaging, medical packaging and chemical packaging. The soft packaging pictured above can hold granules with a total weight below 10g.

There is an L-shaped sealing bar that can clamp onto the side edge and bottom edge of the packaging. After the top edge of the bag is sealed, a scissor-like cutting tool is used to the cut off the bag from the rest of the paper. As is indicated in the above, the resulting bag a three-side seal packaging filled with granules inside. The sealed three sides include one side edge, one bottom edge, and one top edge.

This piece of equipment is well suited to bagging granules with good flowability, as it constructs, fills, and seals the bag that is below 30mm in width and less than 50mm in length.
