PLC Granule Packing Machine

Integration of the PLC, touch screen and granule packing machine turns packaging into a semi-continuous process. It also facilitates the repair of the machine, as there will be text reminders appearing on the screen to warn users of any machine fault. A servo motor is used to control the length of the bag to be fed into the machine. As the bag advances onward to the sealing process, a pneumatically controlled horizontal heat-sealing bar clamps onto the edges and bonds them together to form a seal. The bar also can be controlled by a servo motor. During the final sealing process, the bag can receive a seal along the centerline of its back. Upon request, the machine can be modified to make gusset bags and a hole can be punched into the top-edge seal of the bag by using a hole-punching device.

This series of granule packing machine is usually used to make bags that have a carrying capacity of between 100g and 2000g. Model DCK-400 can run a roll of plastic film with a maximum width of 400mm. Model DCK-500 and DCK-600 respectively run 500mm- and 600mm-wide plastic film rolls. Vacuum extractor, deflating device, and inflating device also can be added to the machine.

Please note:
A vertical type granule packing machine often has a large height. Hence, it might be very difficult to feed the material into the machine if done manually by hands. In that case, we recommend you to buy an automatic in-feed device. crushing of fragile products such as potato chips during transportation. The machine is suited to bagging various granules with good flowability.
